Strong Partnerships for Women’s Empowerment: Mentoring for a Million Women Program Launched in Turkey in 2021 by İnYaprak, and with us as one of its first supporters, the Mentoring for a Million Women program quickly created a significant impact, becoming a pioneering initiative that supports women’s career journeys in our country.
As the Green-Collar Women’s Association (YEYKAD), within the framework of this program, of which we have been an official partner since 2022;

- Within the scope of the W2W Mentor Program conducted by our association, pairings have been made,
- Active participation of young women under the age of 25 has been encouraged in the program,
- Sustainable contributions have been provided to the project through our pool of volunteer mentors.
