**DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY**

As the Green Collar Women Association (“**YEYKAD**”), we wish to inform you about the types of information collected and ignored when users, visitors, members, business partners, and, if applicable, their authorized personnel/employees or any real persons contacting us through any communication tool use our website ([www.yeykad.org](http://www.yeykad.org)) (“**Site**”).

This Data Protection and Privacy Policy (“**Privacy Policy**”) aims to provide information about the privacy and security measures we have taken regarding the personal data of the aforementioned individuals and your rights concerning your personal data. The Privacy Policy explains how we process, collect, store, and use such personal data. Our Privacy Policy is available both on the homepage and on every page where users’ and visitors’ personal data is collected.

The data related to real persons mentioned above is collected, stored, and processed within the scope of the purposes explained in this Privacy Policy, pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“**KVKK**”) and secondary legislation derived from it, as well as the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board (collectively referred to as the “**Data Protection Legislation**”).

YEYKAD takes the necessary measures to protect personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation and other applicable regulations. Personal data is collected, stored, and processed as necessary and to the extent permitted by the Data Protection Legislation.

Personal data will not be transferred to third parties other than YEYKAD and service providers with confidentiality obligations or persons specified in this Privacy Policy. YEYKAD representatives and third-party service providers are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and not to share it with third parties without the data subject’s consent, except as specified above.

YEYKAD uses the information related to users’ use of the Site services to track user traffic patterns and design better services for users.
